Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products/services, and providing expert guidance to customers. Unlike general sales executives, they often have deep product knowledge, focus on solution-based selling, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets/territories. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Develop strategies to penetrate competitive accounts. Understand customer needs and challenges to recommend the right solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders   Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel Primary duties and responsibilities Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales Experience – Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry Strong channel & distribution management skills The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.
