For our Sales and Service Company in Slovenia, we are looking for a new colleague for our Customer Care and Sales Team.   As Sales Support Specialist, you … lead and coordinate projects to improve sales support systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Visustore, ZEISS ID). train and support the sales team in using Salesforce effectively and analyze data to identify sales opportunities. support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, including planning and monitoring sales activities. prepare customer offers, contracts, and sales documentation in collaboration with internal teams. optimize and implement business processes for corrective lenses and optical devices. contribute to marketing activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and customer communication. You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have … a completed economic education. minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales support, ideally in the optics industry. strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Salesforce. native Slovenian skills and proficient English (both written and spoken). strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset. the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured way, even in a complex environment. flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing working environment and occasional willingness to travel abroad.
