Als Head of Global Construction Projects (m/w/x) führen Sie mit Weitsicht, Fachkompetenz und Empathie ein internationales Team von Projektleiter:innen und sind Impulsgeber:in für innovative, nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Bauvorhaben. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung komplexer Neubau- und Umbauprojekte weltweit – unter Berücksichtigung von ZEISS Qualitäts-, Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben. Optimierung der Prozesse im Bereich des Bau-Management, Schnittstellen zwischen Gebäude- und Fabrikplanung sowie Ausschreibung, Vergaben und Bauausführung Führung und Weiterentwicklung des deutschen Construction-Management Teams sowie fachliche Steuerung der internationalen Projektleiter:innen. Coach und Sparringspartner für Projektteams: Sie fördern Exzellenz, fördern Talente und leben eine Kultur der Transparenz, Verantwortung und Zusammenarbeit. Stakeholder-Management auf Top-Level: Sie vertreten die Interessen von ZEISS gegenüber internen Partnern und externen Dienstleistern weltweit. Risikomanagement und Governance: Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Konzernstandards, Compliance und nachhaltigen Bauprinzipien sicher. Treiber für Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit: Sie gestalten die globale Bau-Strategie aktiv mit – von Smart Buildings bis zu energieeffizienten Gesamtkonzepten. Ihr Profil Sie sind eine strategisch denkende und umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit tiefem Verständnis für Bauprojekte in internationalen, technologisch anspruchsvollen Unternehmensumfeldern. Was Sie noch mitbringen Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Immobilienmanagement. Idealerwiese eine zusätzliche Qualifikation im internationalen Projektmanagement, Bauvertragsrecht oder Baukostenmanagement. Mindestens 15 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Bauprojekte (national & international) – idealerweise auf Bauherrenseite. Mindestens 5 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung in Konzern- oder Matrixstrukturen. Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Bauprozessen, Stakeholder-Management und Change Leadership. Hohe Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten. Exzellentes Verständnis für Konzernprozesse, Governance und Compliance. Inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit: Sie fördern Vertrauen, delegieren wirkungsvoll und motivieren Teams zu Spitzenleistungen.
