Aus diesem Grund suchen wir einen Service Cluster Manager Microsoft 365 Messaging und Voice (m/w/x). Ihre Rolle​ End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für Microsoft 365 Messaging & Voice Services inkl. Tenant‑Administration (Exchange Online, Teams Voice, Security & Compliance) Verwaltung und Optimierung von M365 Policies (z. B. Conditional Access, DLP, MFA) sowie Lizenzmanagement Sicherstellung von Compliance & Governance (Audit, ISO, ITGC) und Umsetzung von Security‑Best‑Practices Monitoring & Reporting über Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell und ggf. Dritttools Fachliche Leitung und Steuerung eines vierköpfigen Teams im Bereich Microsoft 365 Messaging & Voice Technische und organisatorische Begleitung von Merger & Acquisitions im Bereich Mail und Telefonie – inkl. Integration und Herauslösung von Services aus bzw. in den Micorsoft 365 Tenant ITIL-basiertes Service Management inkl. Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service Request Management für Microsoft 365-Kommunikationsdienste Weiterentwicklung und strategische Ausrichtung der Micorsoft 365 Messaging & Voice Services Anwendung von Encryption Services für Exchange zur Sicherstellung vertraulicher Kommunikation Patch Management für Messaging- und Voice-Komponenten im Microsoft 365-Umfeld Überwachung der Servicequalität anhand definierter KPIs sowie Steuerung externer Provider zur Sicherstellung vereinbarter SLAs Globaler Betrieb der Services und Rollout auf neue Standorte Steuerung und Koordination verschiedener externer Provider Ihr Profil Tiefes Know‑how in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams Voice, Azure AD) sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar Erfahrung mit PowerShell‑Automatisierung für Microsoft 365‑Services Kenntnisse in Security & Compliance Features (z. B. Purview, Conditional Access, MFA) Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ITIL-Prozessen im operativen Betrieb Know-how in Verschlüsselungstechnologien für Exchange und Microsoft 365 Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und im KPI-basierten Qualitätsmanagement Zertifizierungen wie MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MS‑700 (Teams Admin), SC‑300 (Identity & Access) ITIL Foundation oder höherwertige ITIL-Zertifizierungen Erfahrung mit Telefonie-Technologien wünschenswert Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Lisa Briesner
