Ihre Rolle Planung, Ausführung und Weiterentwicklung von Cutover-Aktivitäten im Rahmen einer SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Begleitung der Projektleitung bei der Anwendung geeigneter Cutover Methoden und Entwicklung projektspezifischer Strategien Enge Abstimmung mit dem Datenmigrationsteam zur Sicherstellung eines integrierten Projekterfolgs Überwachung des Fortschritts, Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Integration lokaler Bedürfnisse in globale Vorlagen Risikomanagement und proaktives Handeln bei auftretenden Herausforderungen, um Projektverzögerungen oder Budgetüberschreitungen zu minimieren Ihr Profil Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Projekt Manager im SAP ERP-Bereich, vorzugsweise in globalen ERP-Rollouts Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Bezug auf Cutover & Migrationsmethoden und -strategien im Rahmen von SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekten Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem relevanten Bereich Fähigkeit zur Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams, einschließlich interner IT-Mitarbeiter und externer Partner​ Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und Entscheidungen herbeizuführen Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in virtuellen und verteilten Teams inkl.
