Ihre Rolle Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Test- und Produktivmigrationen im Rahmen einer SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Koordination des Migrationsteams und der zuliefernden Teams & Partner Begleitung der Projektleitung bei der Anwendung geeigneter Data Migration Methoden und Entwicklung projektspezifischer Strategien Erstellung von Migrationsplänen, Migrationskonzepten und Migrationsreportings Überwachung des Fortschritts, Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Integration lokaler Bedürfnisse in globale Templates Organisatorische Unterstützung (Termine, Workshops, etc.) für alle migrationsrelevanten Themen Ihr Profil Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Bezug auf Migrationsmethoden und -strategien im Rahmen von SAP S/4HANA-Implementierungsprojekten Erfahrung in der Migrationskoordination bei der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von großen Datenmigrationen Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem relevanten Bereich Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Planung von Migrations- und Mappingvorgehen Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams, einschließlich interner IT-Mitarbeiter und externer Partner​ Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und Entscheidungen herbeizuführen Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in virtuellen und verteilten Teams inkl.
