Die SPU ist die gemeinsame Produktionseinheit von ZEISS. Wir produzieren Schlüsselkomponenten für unsere ZEISS Sparten und sind damit der Befähiger und die Hand des Pioniers ZEISS. Mit uns werden kreative Ideen verlässlich umgesetzt. Ihre Rolle strategische Weiterentwicklung der Wertströme im Bereich Mechanik Identifikation von Kapazitätsengpässen und Erarbeitung optimaler Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Abteilungen Erarbeitung von Standards zur Produktionsplanung, -steuerung und Kapazitätsermittlung in SAP Erstellung fundierter Analysen und Reports als Grundlage für zukünftige Entscheidungen und Handlungspotenziale Verantwortung und Gestaltung der mittel- bis langfristigen Absatzplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales-Bereichen Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Steuerung aktive Teilnahme an Digitalisierungsprojekten (z.B. Einführung S/4HANA, Rollout MES-System) Einbringung eigener Verbesserungsideen zur Optimierung des Warenflusses inkl. einer Werks- und Layoutplanung aktive Mitarbeit an täglichen Shopfloor-Runden inklusive eigenständiger Ableitung von Maßnahmen Ihr Profil abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung bzw. Mitarbeit an komplexen Digitalisierungsprojekten im Bereich Produktion tiefgehende SAP-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MM und PP) sowie umfassende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungsthemen (MRP, ATP, S&OP) routinierter Umgang mit MS Office 365 und Erfahrung im Einsatz von BI-Tools (PowerBI) ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit sowie analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit strukturierte, methodisch fundierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Miriam Golda
