So sammelst Du wertvolle Erfahrungen, baust Dein Netzwerk auf und entwickelst Dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter. Außerdem wirst Du bei folgenden Aufgaben mitwirken: Mitarbeit bei der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach CSRD der ZEISS Gruppe Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erhebung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Umweltkennzahlen der ZEISS Gruppe, inklusive des Sicherstellens von Auditkonformität Unterstützen bei der Schulung von Standorten zum Thema Datenerhebung Eigenständiges Bedienen des IT-Tools zur Umweltdatenerhebung und Sicherstellen eines fristgerechten Reportings im Austausch mit den berichtenden Standorten Eigenständiges Durchführen von Analysen zu nachhaltigkeitsrelevanten Themen Deine Rolle Aktuelles Studium in der Fachrichtung Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Unternehmensführung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit Bezug zu Nachhaltigkeit Erste Erfahrungen oder aktives Interesse an unternehmerischer Nachhaltigkeit und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung, insbesondere der Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office Klingt spannend?
