Main Task 负责统筹、协调镜片和车边上架产品质量标准管理以及IPQC（生产过程质量控制）的工作，确保出货的产品质量满足客户的要求。 Responsible for the Quality Standard of Lens and CEF Products, IPQC work, to ensure the quality of shipped products to meet customer requirements   负责统筹、协调QC 实验室（来料检验、仪器校正、培训）的工作 Responsible for the QC Lab work, such as incoming inspection, instrument calibration and SIQ training 跟进其它与产品测试相关的工作，如工艺工程师产品测试、客户投诉产品测试等工作 Follow up on work related to product testing. Such as products with PE testing and special customer requirement. 负责供应商的管理，来料检验的分析，及来料问题点的跟进；产线反馈来料异常的跟进和处理 Responsible for the supplier management, analysis of incoming inspection and incoming material issue. Handle the incoming issue from production feedback. 负责实验室相关测试结果的反馈、改善效果跟进；制程测试结果的反馈和改善效果跟进 Responsible for following up on result and improvement of QC Lab testing. 负责质量信息的收集、统计、分析及持续改善的推行 Responsible for collecting, counting and analyzing quality information. As well as implementation of continuous improvement. 负责对生产线出现的质量问题与各部门进行沟通、分析和解决以及纠正预防措施的跟进，对在线的质量问题进行月度报告； Responsible for the communication, analysis and solution of the quality problems in production line with other departments and follow up the corrective and preventive actions. Make monthly report about the in-process quality issue 开展质量持续改善活动，创建全员参与的质量改善文化 Implement continuous quality improvement activities and create a quality improvement culture with full participation 9. 协助部门经理落实本部门的安全管理，保证有一个安全舒适的工作环境 Assist manager to implement the safety management of the department to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment 10. 完成上级布置的各项其他工作任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by superior Work Experience 1、具有良好的质量工具应用基础，如QC七大工具、8D Familiar with quality management tool, such as SPC, 8D tec 熟练使用EXCEL、PPT、Word等工具； Proficient in EXCEL, PPT, Word 扎实的英语基础,可以与外国同事进行常规会议的沟通交流 Proficient in written and spoken English, able to communicate with foreign colleagues in regular meetings 4、在质量管理领域有3年或3年以上的经验 3 years or more experience in quality management field 1 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
