Während Deines Praktikums kannst Du an folgenden Themen arbeiten: Mitwirkung an unserer Internationalisierungsstrategie Erarbeitung praxisorientierter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse operative Unterstützung bei spezifischen Maßnahmen in der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung Mitgestaltung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Workshops verantwortungsvolle Recherche-Arbeiten für Konzepte Dein Profil Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang Motivation und Begeisterung, erste Einblicke in den HR Bereich zu gewinnen und neue Erfahrungen zu sammeln Bereitschaft, sich proaktiv in neue oder unbekannte Themen eigenständig einzuarbeiten ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team effektiv zu arbeiten hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift selbständige, eigenmotivierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Klingt spannend?
