Main tasks（主要任务） 项目实施支持： 作为公司代表参与SAP 项目，负责物流模块的业务需求沟通与协调，确保公司流程与集团标准一致,支持项目计划执行及上线,推动端到端业务流程适配，确保满足本地业务需求并符合SAP项目的标准化和统一目标。作为核心成员参与 Roll-in 项目的各阶段，包括项目启动、设计、测试、部署和上线后支持（Hypercare） 业务需求分析： 深入理解现有物流仓储运作，结合SAP标准提出优化方案，编写需求文档并推动落地。收集并分析本地业务需求，明确与全球模板的差异点。对需求进行优先级评估，确保合理性和可实施性。协助业务团队和被实施公司将需求转化为用户故事，参与需求文档的编写和整理。 系统测试与培训： 参与系统配置、测试及上线支持，协助用户培训，解决操作问题。 跨部门协作： 与集团实施团队及公司内部仓储、采购、财务等部门保持高效沟通，推动项目进度。 流程优化与标准化： 推动端到端业务流程适配，确保满足本地业务需求并符合 SAP项目的标准化和统一目标。 协作与沟通 ： 与 SAP 项目团队及各业务部门密切合作，推动高效协作，确保信息和需求准确传递。 VISION需求收集与方案制定 ： 深入收集本地业务需求，整理需求清单，结合项目标准，制定本地化实施方案，确保业务需求在系统中实现 跨团队协作与沟通 ： 针对本地特殊业务场景（如P0, order management, warehouse 3PL and AGV 等big ticket），参与方案评估与系统集成，推动端到端流程闭环。 项目进度跟踪与状态汇报 ： 定期跟踪项目关键任务进展，向管理层和相关团队汇报项目状态以及更新，确保业务需求、解决方案和实施进度同步,提前识别相关风险项,与本地业务团队拉通讨论方案 CNCOM Business process onwer and expert ： 了解熟悉本地业务流程, 介绍本地业务流程给相关团队,提出本地业务流程合理化建议并参与设计未来流程建设 Education / 教育背景 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、信息系统或相关专业优先。 Experience / 經驗 5年以上物流仓储或供应链运作管理经验，至少2年SAP系统相关经验。 有SAP实施项目经验或担任过SAP Key User者优先。 Other skills / 其他技能 熟悉SAP物流模块（MM、WM或相关模块）操作 能够编写业务需求文档，具备流程优化能力 英语读写及沟通能力良好 熟练使用Office工具（Excel、PowerPoint、Word） 具备项目管理意识，能在多任务环境下高效执行 优秀的沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，善于解决问题 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
