1、Based on the company's development strategy, define strategies and make goals for operational excellence, and plan relevant implementation paths and plans; 2、Set KPI for OE department through close communication with plant manager, and make periodic planning for main work and review regularly. 3、Be responsible for the planning of global manufacturing plants and the construction of new plants 4、Support production and other departments to continuously improve the company's KPI, such as OEE, OTD, CPL, FPY and other indicators. 5、 Responsible for the management of the Compete project and completing the annual Compete goal; 6、Develop and implement the lean talent training mechanism of the company, improve the lean ability of managers at all levels, and form systematic excellent operation ability of the company. 7、Be responsible for end-to-end digital transformation, and build a customer-oriented world-class smart lab 8、Communicate and cooperate closely with the Lean experts and OE department of the affiliated company of the group to promote efficient sharing and the implementation of new ideas and tools. 1、More than 8 years of experience in implementing and managing lean production, familiar with on-site management in the manufacturing industry; 2、 Have experience in successfully implementing multiple full value chain improvement cases; 3、Have received complete, systematic and professional lean production training； 4、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing ； Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
