Main Tasks Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for open positions, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and techniques. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement and networking, especially for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles. Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills, ensure high-quality candidate delivery. Partner with hiring managers to identify, develop, and optimize recruiting channels and future talent networks. Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all level stakeholders. Self-motivated, good team player, good negotiation and communication skills. Take ownership of employer branding activities, including but not limited to employer value proposition (EVP) promotion, social media campaigns, and other initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer image. Update and maintain staffing-related policies in accordance with company compliance and global guidelines. Perform other related duties as required. Education University degree and above. Experience At least 5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational company, with a strong preference for candidates with headhunter/agency background. Other skills Demonstrated success in sourcing for R&D or other critical roles; experience in high-tech industries is a plus. Solid knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources Management is an advantage. Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, innovative, independent, and proactive; a strong team player who can work under pressure. Excellent candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
