This role is ideal for a marketing-minded administrator who combines execution excellence with communication and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Support daily and monthly sales and marketing operations, including marketing materials, POSM, samples, and documentation. Coordicate internal processes such as purchase requests, approvals, and execution tracking. Assist in developing, adapting, and distributing marketing and digital materials in collaboration with agencies and vendors. Support digital communication activities across websites, internal channels, and B2B platforms. Manage administrative tasks related to vendors, purchasing, invoicing, and internal systems. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution. Handle customer inquiries and support ad-hoc marketing and sales tasks as needed. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and support both marketing and operational tasks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to communicate in English in a business context. Preferred: Internship or hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce, online marketplaces, or operating an in-house shopping mall. Interest in marketing material creation, visual content, and communication. Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to suggest improvements.
