1. Event (organized by company & 3rd party) Provide support to Marketing with a full range of administrative support to assist with the success of the event In this regard, Marketing assistant must be able to provide word-processing and general administrative support in logistic and materials of symposia, congresses, events, conferences, workshops training sessions with registration, coordination, organizing as instructed; Assist Marketing manager/ Product Managers on proposal, request, contract, payment process,  expense reports, ad-hoc tasks. Ensure accurate control of documentation and co-ordinate with other functions for team achievement; Record marketing expenses, marketing materials, marketing travel arrangements; Responsible for processing expenses and advance for marketing activities; Liaise with vendors (grocery, stationery, hotel, etc..) on purchasing/replenishment for Marketing meeting if requested. Ensures all promotional process are in adherence to branding guidelines and act in compliance with Code of Ethics. Perform other tasks assigned by marketing manager. 2. Trade marketing Create, register with Department of Industry and Trade, monitor the trade program (discount/ FOC) Support marketing manager in produce POSM in key account 3. Content Creation & Execution Write, edit, prepare content and work with regional team to maximize content of MED VN in fanpage global Collaborate closely with vendor and video editors to produce polished, visually appealing content in collab- content with customer Oversee the end-to-end production of all content, ensuring brand consistency and quality. Campaign Airing Management: Manage the entire airing process, ensuring all campaigns are aired on time and meet established objectives. Coordinate with internal & external and creative partners to ensure seamless execution of media plans. 4. CRM Management            Monitor all tasks related to marketing in CRM: create Marketo number for each event, assign OPP for related sale person Education / Professional Certification Education: University graduated. Joined short-term marketing course Experience 2- 3 years’ experience at marketing assistant position. Working experience in pharmaceutical MNC is preferable Experience at event & activation agencies is an advantage Can use design software is an advantage Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Fluent in Vietnamese and English Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel). Have professional attitude. Tenacious but a problem solver. Resilience Have an eye for details Supportive Teamwork spirit Strong project management skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of media campaigns.
