负责精益生产的推行，在工厂内导入和推广精益理念，建立精益生产培训体系，持续流程优化，关注和提升效率、质量和降低成本，参与提升公司的精益运行水平，实现精益目标；负责新厂房、新车间、新生产线产能和布局的规划与设计。 岗位职责： 1.  负责工厂精益生产体系推行，设定公司精益生产目标和行动方案并跟进实施； 2．主导和组织实施公司精益运营水平评估；持续提升公司精益运营的水平； 3．建立并完善精益生产培训体系，负责精益生产知识在公司内的推广，组织实施精益活动； 4．监督和指导生产部管理标准工时和达成生产线平衡目标； 5．管理和监控生产设备和人员产能，并负责参与设计和评估新项目产能需求； 6．优化生产线的效率、流程、物流、人机操作等，组织资源实施不断提高生产效率、缩短生产周期以及降低生产成本的改善项目； 7．发起，主导或参与精益相关项目（包括改善周）的实施，去持续的提升KPI和降低成本； 8．负责设计和维护Layout（含生产线和办公区域）； 9．主导或参与精益相关项目的实施； 10．参与集团和兄弟公司的精益活动，集团精益要求的内部实现； 11．上司安排的非常规性工作。 任职资格： 1. 工业工程专业，本科以上学历 2. 3年制造业相关精益工作经验 3. 熟练的英语听说读写能力 4. 较好的稳定性，愿意在广州长期发展   Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
