Job Family : Cyber Consulting Travel Required : None Clearance Required : Active Secret What You Will Do :     Guidehouse is looking for an experienced professional with experience assessing and advising on controls of information systems for federal organizations.  Personnel assigned to this role will support the security and compliance program of a federal client with a critical and high-profile mission across over 200 information systems.  Your duties will span common/core control tasks including assessments of security controls for assigned systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., NIST RMF).  You will e valuate technical implementations, identify vulnerabilities, provide risk-based recommendations , and c ollaborate with stakeholders to support system authorization and continuous monitoring activities.     What You Will Need :   An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET federal security clearance  Bachelor’s degree In Computer Science, Information Technology or related field OR High School Diploma with an additional FOUR (4) years of experience. Minimum of FOUR (4) years’ experience related to cybersecurity, information assurance, information technology and/or IT Technology Consulting. Possess or the ability to obtain a DOD 8140 certification aligned with a Security Control Assessor role.   What Would Be Nice To Have :    SIX (6) or more years' experience as a Security/Network Administrator or Cybersecurity professional  Current DOD 8140 certification  General cybersecurity principles and techniques   Federal cybersecurity requirements, such as security and privacy assessments and continuous monitoring   Cloud Security principles and techniques   Supply Chain Risk Management and Acquisition Security   Governance, Risk, and Compliance principles and techniques   Cybersecurity Policy & Strategy principles and techniques   DevSecOps principles and techniques   SecCM principles and techniques   General IT principles and techniques   What We Offer : Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
