Department: ICE | NRSL RN Residency Program IP C Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: May Graduates Start dates: June 22, 2026 or July 6, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 7A-7P or 7P-7A or alternate 12-hour shifts, must work three shifts during the week plus rotate weekends. Available shifts based on unit needs and to be discussed with the unit hiring manager. The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors. Support and training continue throughout the first year through continued education and mentorship. All RN New Graduates must actively participate in the Transition to Practice Program. New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the Transition to Practice program requirements to be considered RN I.
