Job Family : Software Application & Development (India) Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do : Lead end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, from strategy through execution in Financial Services domain Solution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities that work with multiple customers Solution building – ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planning Guiding monitoring execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomes Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching Play a vital role in managing and developing team members in the Technology Team Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud adoption, data strategy, and emerging technologies Developing, performing, and supervising detailed financial, economic, and statistical analysis Be accountable for the service offering’s financial performance and meeting the financial budgets What You Will Need : Master’s or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company Must have experience in successfully managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domain Proven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projects Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model Strong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernize Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams Excellent stakeholder management skills Willing to travel on a need basis What Would Be Nice to Have : Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders Extremely driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer : Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
