In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie als Projektleiter R&D die Entwicklung innovativer ophthalmologischer Medizinprodukte – von der frühen Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung. Sie verbinden technologische Exzellenz mit strukturierter Projektsteuerung und tragen maßgeblich zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung weltweit bei. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie komplexe Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte im regulierten Umfeld der Medizintechnik. Dabei führen Sie interdisziplinäre Teams über mehrere Standorte hinweg, steuern externe Partner und stellen sicher, dass Qualität, Zeit und Kosten jederzeit im Einklang stehen. Ihre Rolle Ganzheitliche Leitung von R&D-Projekten zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung aktiver und passiver Medizinprodukte und deren Produktprozessen Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams (System-, Applikations-, Elektronik-, Mechanik-, Optik- und Softwareentwicklung sowie Risikomanagement, Clinical Affairs und Regulatory Affairs) Verantwortung für Projektziele, Budgets, Termine und Qualität Planung und Nachverfolgung von Projektmeilensteinen, Risiken und Maßnahmen Sicherstellung der normkonformen Entwicklungs-, Verifikations- und Validierungsdokumentation Koordination externer Entwicklungs- und Kooperationspartner Unterstützung klinischer Prüfungen sowie Absicherung der Verfügbarkeit neuer Medizinprodukte dafür Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Produktion, Service und Marketing Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungsprozessen Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Technologien mit Relevanz für die Medizintechnik Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege des Anforderungsmanagements vom Lastenheft über das Pflichtenheft, die Testplanung bis zur Nachweisführung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftlich-technisches Studium (z. B. Physik, Medizintechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften), idealerweise mit Promotion Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Entwicklungsprojekten in einem stark regulierten Umfeld (idealerweise Medizintechnik) Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Gesetze und Zulassungsanforderungen der Medizintechnik Breites technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechanik, Optik und Software Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement (z.B.
