Job Family : Software Application & Development (India) Travel Required : None Clearance Required : None Senior Servicenow Developer What You Will Do : As a Senior ServiceNow Senior Developer, you'll lead the design and development of multiple service now projects. You will provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the service now development team members. You'll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow architecture to ensure success of the project; your design will set the standard for future development. What You Will Need : Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Management, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Security Operations, and Creator Workflows (AppEngine, UI Builder, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer). Experience leading technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions for multiple clients/projects. Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor Junior resources on projects 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST) 4+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards Experienced in the ITIL, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/Science At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) including (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, SECOPS, HRSD) or other ServiceNow certifications   Agile SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL v4 certifications are preferred What Would Be Nice To Have : Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills) Aggregate and synthesize data from authoritative systems into metrics and analytics Ability to quickly comprehend complexity and convey findings in concise, well-written narratives Experience in people management skills What We Offer : Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
