Are you a friendly, energetic, and driven person who loves providing exceptional customer service? Join Meijer as a Barista at our in-store Starbucks at the Grand Chute / Appleton, WI location! The Barista will be responsible for making all coffee beverages including but not limited to espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and pour over coffee. In addition, the barista will be responsible for preparing food items in a timely manner while providing an excellent guest experience. This role will act both as barista and cashier. FULL-TIME POSITIONS WITH AVAILABLE SHIFTS FROM 5AM -7PM NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED; TRAINING PROVIDED MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A BARISTA, FOOD SERVICE, RESTAURANT, CASHIER A PLUS A career at Meijer is more than a way to pay the bills. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Build trustful relationships with customers to encourage return visits. Stock product and product displays according to merchandising standards. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one. Highly-organized with great attention to detail. Great listening and communication skills. Maintain good eye contact and positive body language. Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.
