Analyse der aktuellen Kommunikationsstrategie und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen Entwicklung eines Konzeptes für die interne Kommunikation von LEAN-Prinzipien und -Methoden Erstellung von visuellen Kommunikationsmaterialien (z. B. Infografiken, Poster, Präsentationen) mit Adobe Illustrator oder vergleichbarer Software Gestaltung von Illustrationen, die komplexe LEAN-Themen einfach und verständlich darstellen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um die Kommunikationsstrategie auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens abzustimmen Präsentation der Ergebnisse und des Kommunikationskonzepts vor relevanten Entscheidungsträgern Dein Profil Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder   einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Erfahrung im Umgang mit Adobe Illustrator oder ähnlicher Software zur Erstellung von Grafiken und Illustrationen Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung und Design Interesse an LEAN Management und Unternehmenskommunikation Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte visuell und verständlich aufzubereiten Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Klingt spannend?
