作为生产运营智能化转型的先锋，保持对于办公自动化和人工智能相关技术的了解和学习，通过数据分析和深入业务部门挖掘业务部门智能化转型的机会和场景，配合IT和数字化部门，将业务场景转化为智能体功能并迭代优化智能体的响应准确性与业务适配能力，持续提升运营效率。 岗位职责： 1．生产智能化转型场景挖掘，挖掘和识别工作场景中存在的重复工作，运用RPA和AI方法代替人工； 2、独立完成简单的RPA流程和智能体开发与实施 3、跟进复杂智能体开发项目的落地。 4、 完成上级领导临时交给的任务。 任职资格： 1、本科或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、工程或相关专业； 2、熟悉RPA工具（如UiPath、Blue Prism等）和AI技术（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等） 3.了解大模型原理，有主流大模型（ChatGPT、通义千问、文心一言等）使用经验 4. 具备编程能力，熟悉Python、Java或C#等语言 5. 对AI技术充满热情，关注大模型与智能体领域前沿动态，有自我驱动学习能力 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够使用Excel、SQL等工具进行数据处理。 6.流利的英语听说读写能力； 7.有较强的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神，配合团队完成项目 8.能在压力下工作，面对技术难题能主动探索解决方案 Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
