Ihre Rolle Abwicklung von Bestellprozessen in Abstimmung mit Fachteams und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter zu Systemen und Tools; regelmäßige Budget- und Ausgabenanalysen Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebstagungen und bereichsweiten Events, inklusive Agenda-Koordination und Logistik Unterstützung bei Reiseplanung, Raumkoordination und Organisation der Bewirtung Ansprechpartner für administrative Fragen, Pflege von E-Mail-Verteilern, Unterstützung bei Reporting und Protokollführung Koordination von Abläufen für gemeinsam genutzte Flächen, Bestellung von Büromaterial und Instandhaltungen Hilfe bei administrativen Aufgaben für einstellende Manager, wie Laptopbestellungen Verantwortung für das Terminmanagement von Bereichsleitern, inklusive Priorisierung und Abstimmung von Meetings Ihr Profil Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Büromanagement oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich Bestehende Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von MS Office, spezifisch auch Excel und idealerweise Büromanagement Applikationen (wie z.B.
