Gemeinsam im Team aus Mechatronik und Mechanik arbeiten Sie an künftigen Innovationen industrieller Messsysteme! Ihre Rolle Sie fokussieren sich auf die Erstellung mathematischer Modelle zur Simulation des mechanischen Verhaltens von Messmaschinen. Dabei fällt der gesamte Prozess vom Modellansatz und der Implementierung bis hin zur Validierung in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Sie erstellen Versuchspläne und erheben Prototypen-Messdaten zum Abgleich zwischen Modell & Realität, analysieren Messdaten im Hinblick auf Anomalien und identifizieren Potentiale für Modellverbesserungen. Sie nutzen mathematische Werkzeuge zur Identifikation von Modellparametern und stellen komplexe Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge her. Sie nutzen Ihre Simulations- & Versuchsergebnisse zur fundierten Auswahl mechatronischer Komponenten für Prototypen & Serienprodukte. Sie entwickeln performanten Programmcode zur Durchführung rechenzeitintensiver Simulationen. Sie sind Teil eines interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams, bekommen so tiefe Einblicke in verschiedene Fachgebiete und haben einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Qualität und den Erfolg neuer Produkte. Ihr Profil technisches Studium mit mathematischen Schwerpunkten in Mechatronik, Technische Kybernetik, (Techno)-Mathematik, Informatik oder vergleichbar Kenntnisse in technischer Mechanik (Statik & Dynamik), Mechatronik, Regelungstechnik, Mathematik (Lineare Algebra, Numerik, Optimierung) ausgeprägte Programmierkenntnisse in Python, MATLAB oder einer ähnlichen Skriptsprache – gerne auch C++ Begeisterung für das Lösen technischer Problemstellungen mittels Simulation & Validierung Interesse an der Arbeit an realer Hardware / Hands-On Mentalität - ingenieurtechnisches Grundlagenwissen Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und setzen Sie neue Maßstäbe in der industriellen Messtechnik!
