Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to software engineering teams. Oversee full-cycle software development, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, performance, and security. Establish and continuously improve engineering best practices, processes, and metrics. Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent; build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical vision across platforms. Manage budgets, resourcing, vendor relationships, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Champion modern engineering approaches such as CI/CD, cloud-native development, automation, and test-driven development. Desired Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its capabilities. Proven experience in full-stack development, with a focus on core development. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and technologies. A related technical degree required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with consumption-based pricing models and related technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce's off-core processes and integrations. The typical base salary range for this position is $192,200 - $306,600 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $230,800 - $334,600 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
