Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Ireland team. The successful candidates will manage high-revenue accounts, engage with senior executives, and drive both immediate and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales within the Ireland & Northern Ireland territory, managing both new and existing accounts. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.). Execute complex, multi-stakeholder sales strategies in a matrix organisation. Develop opportunities from smaller initial deals into high-value strategic accounts. Balance large multi-million-dollar deals with smaller, transactional deals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and expansion within accounts. Take ownership and grow key accounts Experience & Skills: Proven enterprise-grade Account Executive experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. Ability to balance strategic engagement with driving immediate revenue. Comfortable navigating matrix organisations. Demonstrated ability to seed new products and grow accounts over time. Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication skills. Strategic mindset with focus on long-term account growth.
