As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.  Job Description Location: Warsaw Working model: 3 days in the office The Enterprise Data Governance team works with all Business Lines to protect the company’s data assets by providing governance and oversight on critical data and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) Analyst will support Data Risk, Data Defects, and Issues Management for Enterprise Data Governance. The successful candidate will have a desire to learn, teach and develop skills. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential along with the ability to understand business, technology, reporting processes and identify gaps easily. In addition, a “can-do” personal style/attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are also critical to success in this role. The environment is dynamic and fast paced and requires a candidate to have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to pivot across multiple tasks. Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience  Four to six years of applicable experience  Core Duties:   Assist with design, implementation and maintenance of enabling processes: Risk assessments of data defects Change management process implementation Dashboard creation and reporting  Documentation repository maintenance Centralized communications Training materials / processes development and implementation Program Management  Participate in dedicated projects and/or activities to evolve EDG Capabilities and implement related processes The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Required Skills/Experience: General knowledge of Data Management / Governance and Risk / Compliance / Audit competencies  Experience working in a regulatory environment, i.e. banking or financial markets  Experience gathering requirements and establishing / designing effective processes Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects /programs. Strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, prioritize based on tactical and strategic objectives and escalate as needed Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills Strong relationship building skills; experience serving as a single point of contact for a project / process Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills  Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft  Communications background focusing on diverse set of channels and audiences Technical aptitude with experience in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Leap Consulting experience  The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
