Manages a team of territory/account managers across a defined region to achieve financial goals, as well as Field Clinical Specialists supporting procedures. Responsibilities encompass management and coaching of the team, supporting team in direct sales activities, ensuring great clinical outcomes and building strong, long-lasting partnerships with our customers. How you’ll make an impact: • Define and implement a clear strategy in own territory for commercial success but also strategic development over the long run across our portfolio, and ensure it is well understood and communicated across the team and the organization • Manages, coaches and motivates a team of territory/account managers and field clinical specialists to ensure achievement of sales targets and clinical outcomes within assigned territories utilizing in-depth understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business • Promotes and sells product portfolio and solutions directly to current and new customers while building and utilizing the relationships with customers in assigned area/s • Supports sales activities of territory/account managers in complex selling situations while executing short-term plans for the assigned area/s • Ensure own and team's alignment with EW values as well as TMTT culture • Other incidental duties   What you’ll need: Bachelor's Degree in related field, 8 years years’ experience of progressive sales experience and profound medical devices industry experience Required Previous sales management experience Knowledge of IC network is a significant advantage Ability to travel up to 50% depending on territory needs.
