Your Impact Drive successful solution implementation and license adoption by ensuring alignment between partner teams and Account teams during pre-sales, project kickoff and implementation phases. Reduce project time to value, increase user acceptance and reduce attrition for partner implemented projects Be the point of contact for partners to get support with technical challenges they encounter during projects Selectively conduct partner implementation architecture reviews and provide risk assessment Accelerate partner readiness in new Salesforce products and innovations such as AI, Agentforce, Data cloud. Liaison between partners and Salesforce internal stakeholders such as customer support, Account teams, product management and engineering Identifying areas where partners need enablement and organizing training events Advise, recommend and educate partners on Salesforce technical architecture principles and practices Where required, support partner pre-sales activities reviewing partner proposals such as SOW, RFP responses Setup processes and activities to scale impact across a large number of partners and project implementations. Vet partner solutions and guide partner on technical considerations Stay abreast of and rapidly learn new Salesforce product innovation including AI to support the partner ecosystem. Required Qualifications 15+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience with Salesforce’s existing products and solutions. Experience with enterprise application, data, security, and integration architecture patterns and domains Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds, etc.) APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies, and related ISV technologies. Complete software product lifecycle exposure including DevOps Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce development and configuration. Knowledge of Generative AI solutions and its impact Experience in guiding partners in rationalizing and deploying technology for business use cases. Especially AI and other newer technologies. Work independently and as part of a distributed team and have a willingness to take ownership of problems. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a major Salesforce Industry such as FINS, RCG, MFG, HLS, etc. A detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools), and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS,ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM). Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level / mid-level and key decision-makers. (CTO/CIO/CISO/IT heads...etc) Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large-sized organization with leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization. Experience in defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform including coded solutions.
