Job Family : Finance & Accounting Consulting, Finance Strategy Administration Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Public Trust What You Will Do : Perform budget execution activities as assigned.  This may include extracting, analyzing, summarizing and preparing data for presentation from the financial system, travel system, purchase card tool, etc.  Manage multiple Spend Plan, conduct reconciliation between the financial reports and the spend plan; identify inconsistencies or imbalances, collaborate with stakeholders and provide recommendation / mitigation strategy to address the issues/concerns Track commitments, obligations, expenditures using systems like the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) Provide support in building and maintaining CSD budget dashboard.  Analyze financial data and prepare complex financial reports and briefings. Allocate and track funding across multiple subdivisions and program codes. Reconcile plan funding with actual expenditures What You Will Need : Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelors degree THREE (3) or more experience in the federal budget process, federal budget lifecycle, and the federal procurement process Expert in in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Power Apps. Proficient in MS applications: including Excel, Word Doc, PPT, PowerBI What Would Be Nice To Have : Strong oral and written communication skills to serve as a liaison between CSD Front Office, Subdivisions, and CFO.
