In a rapidly growing TMTT environment, you will serve as a key partner to our Sales & Marketing team s, supporting events, internal meetings, and contract activitie s. How you'll make an impact: • Coordination of education events with general supervision - Grant requests, tracking - Communication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance – invitations, travelling arrangements - Administration of sponsorships - Event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials prep - Invoice management - Budget management - Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team • Marketing materials management with general supervision - Ordering, ensuring translation • Contracts management with general supervision - Liaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are met • Internal meetings coordination with general supervision • Other administrative support with general supervision What you'll need: Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred Equivalent 5 years years experience of previous related experience Required Experience in a strongly regulated sector required; Understanding of medtech‑specific compliance standards, including DMOS, CNOM, and HCP contract processes, is considered an asset.
