As part of the team, whether providing analysis, forecasting, or reporting financial information, your application of accurate financial business practices will play a fundamental role in how we impact the quality of life for patients all over the world. How´ll make an impact: Audit all travel and expense reports for employees with EW corporate card under minimal supervision. Resolve issues to bring reimbursement to closure by collaborating with other departments. Participate in enhancement projects. Answer more complex employee inquires and provide tutorials on the expense tool (e.g Concur). Provide semi-routine administrative support including processing reimbursement invoices, post vouchers in JDE, and other tasks under minimal supervision. Other incidental duties What you´ll need (Required): High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience working in Travel and Expense. What else we look for (Preferred): Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application; preferably Concur. Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills including the ability to convey instructions and training, and effectively persuade to drive achievement of objectives Advanced English Level.  Basic- intermediate Portuguese level.  Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements in Accounting Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Attention to detail Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures Must be able to work in a team environment under general supervision and with instructions for routine work.
