Job Description Business Banking Sales Managers report to the Business Banking Market Leader and lead a team of Relationship Managers. They are responsible for the sales and service operations for business banking clients in an assigned market. Additional responsibilities include: Drive growth in business banking segment for companies with annual revenue of $2.5MM up to $50MM. Provide leadership to a business banking sales team to execute One Bank strategy and grow market share. Deliver strategic direction and leadership to sustain profitability and annual growth of the market. Foster a team culture that is customer obsessed while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience Typically, 10 or more years of business banking or relevant experience Typically, five or more years of management/leadership experience Preferred Skills/Experience Strong management, leadership, mentoring and coaching skills. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $143,905.00 - $169,300.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
