About the opportunity: The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers, building robust relationships with key stakeholders and c-suite decision-makers. Focusing on the Swiss market, this role will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce's Commerce Cloud solutions , by identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers in the Mid Market sector, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals . A good match for this role is: Commerce Knowledge: Strong knowledge in the eCommerce Sector Account Planning and Strategies: Ability to establish plans to achieve sales objectives by efficiently identifying and qualifying opportunities for Commerce Cloud. Research and Discovery: Able to uncover a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses. Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions. Communication: Fluency in German and English. Interacting in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom). Resource Application: Seizes opportunities to optimise results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
