Let’s be #BrilliantTogether Overview The Contact Data Manager is a senior role within the Rainmaker Data Team, including Contact Data entry and maintenance, as well as managing direct reports. Data Quality is critical and the role also includes assisting with day-to-day data operations, workflow and processes. This position provides the opportunity to grow your data and management skills, along with gaining knowledge on the financial services industry in Australia. Working within a long-established Data Team where members are passionate about data, financial services and researching. Each team member will have access to professional learning material, professional software, industry events and media titles to support their growth and expand their knowledge. About Rainmaker Information: the company was founded in 1992, and is a leading provider of data, insights, research and media on the financial services industry in Australia. Rainmaker is part of Institutional Shareholder Services’ Market Intelligence (ISS MI) business unit. Responsibilities They include, but are not limited to: Data entry and maintenance of Account and Contact Data Researching websites, LinkedIn, and other sources for information Assisting with day-to-day data operations, workflow and deadlines Assisting with Data processes, training, recruitment and onboarding Using expertise and experience to achieve high standards of Data Quality Managing some Data team members, including performance reviews Assisting with Data auditing and reporting Communication of tasks, progress, successes, and deadlines Qualifications: 5 or more years’ experience with managing direct reports Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong Data research skills Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong communication skills   5 or more years’ experience with Contact Data Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage Ability to build a strong rapport with colleagues and stakeholders Ability to manage with sensitivity, empathy and empowerment Well organised and pro-active Interest in financial services Please include a Cover Letter describing in 200 words what interests you about Contact Data, managing people, financial services, and why you want to join our Data team.
