Let’s be #BrilliantTogether The ISS STOXX Index Sales Operations team is responsible for several lead-to-cash functions. We are seeking an Index Sales Operations analyst who will provide day-to-day support. The ideal candidate will become an orchestrator of various operational activities whilst contributing to key organizational projects. This role will report to the Index Sales Operations Manager and build collaborative relationships with various key stakeholders across ISS STOXX divisions. Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the Index entitlements function Salesforce cases and opportunities management Know your Customer (KYC) checks Client contracts processing Act as a bridge between Sales Operations, Contracting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams Facilitate internal reporting Ensure compliance with ISS STOXX policies and audit Required Qualifications: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to work with legal documents/contracts Attention to detail and diligence Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Basic understanding of MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot-tables, formulas, etc.) Efficient and process-oriented working style Interest in the financial markets industry Working effectively with diverse teams to deliver results Delivers clear verbal & written communication tailored to diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications: Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree Knowledge of Salesforce #LI-RH1 #ENTRYLEVEL #ASSOCIATE What You Can Expect from Us At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
