Main Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and managing the site’s maintenance operations. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes, ensuring timely and effective completion while reducing downtime. • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to guarantee the availability and reliability of both fixed and rotating equipment. • Lead and handle the maintenance team, assigning tasks and resources efficiently. • Conduct root cause analyses and implement effective solutions. • Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects. • Prepare, analyze, and present maintenance reports and performance indicators. • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines. • Coordinate and supervise work performed by third-party contractors. • Manage the maintenance of electrical equipment. • Oversee inventory management of spare parts, materials, and supplies. Knowledge Skills And Abilities • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering (maintenance-oriented). • Solid experience in maintenance management, preferably within continuous process industries. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Advanced level of English. • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Knowledge of Low and Medium Voltage electricity, including operation and maintenance of generator sets and LV/MV switchboards. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
