Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Data Analyst to lead strategic master data initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems. This role will champion data quality improvement efforts, deliver advanced analytics to support business decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data governance maturity across the organization, and promote data stewardship. Job Description P3-12281 Key Responsibilities: Master Data Strategy & Stewardship Develop and execute MDM strategies across domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor). Ensure consistency and integrity of master data across systems. Define and enforce data standards and governance policies. Resolve complex data issues and promote data stewardship. Data Quality Leadership Implement data quality monitoring frameworks and KPIs. Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data issues. Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and completeness. Embed data quality best practices into business processes. Advanced Analytics & Insights Deliver impactful analytics and visualizations for strategic initiatives. Translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions. Generate actionable insights using tools like Power BI and SQL. Identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation through data. Cross-Functional Collaboration Advise data owners, stewards, and governance councils. Promote data literacy through training and workshops. Document data definitions, lineage, and business rules. Align data strategies with business goals and technology roadmaps. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years in enterprise data analysis, MDM, or data governance. Expertise in data quality frameworks, metadata, and enterprise platforms. Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and MDM tools (Collibra, Alation, SAP MDG, Pega). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) preferred. Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS). Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Certifications in data governance or MDM (e.g., DAMA, CDMP).
