We are looking for someone with the "Sales DNA" to treat their territory like a franchise. You will partner with Account Executives to close high-velocity transactional deals while architecting scalable solutions on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will be the bridge between business problems and technical solutions, leveraging the full power of CRM, Automation, and Data to drive growth for Nordic businesses. You take full accountability for the technical win and refuse to let the velocity of the SMB segment compromise quality. Drive Innovation (AI & Modern Tech): You "experiment with new approaches to solve problems". You are an early adopter who uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) not just for fun, but as a productivity multiplier to script demos, summarise research, or generate ideas. Communicate Effectively: You master the art of translation. You "convey information and ideas clearly" to non-technical business owners, translating complex "Agentic" concepts into business value that resonates with a Nordic CEO. Manage Ambiguity: The Hub is dynamic. You maintain effectiveness even when "experiencing major changes in work responsibilities". You view shifts in strategy (like the move to Agentforce) as opportunities to learn rather than blockers. Required Qualifications CRM Experience: Prior experience in Solution Engineering or Technical Sales is required. While Salesforce knowledge is ideal, we welcome experts in Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle, or SAP who are ready to cross-train. Technical Acumen (Customer 360 & Automation): You have a solid grasp of data modelling and business process automation. You understand how to map a manual workflow into a digital logic flow. Language Skills:     * English: Professional Fluency is mandatory.     * Any other language among: Arabic - French - Dutch - German Hub Resilience: Experience working in a high-volume, inside-sales environment. You can switch contexts rapidly between Discovery, Demo, and architectural whiteboard sessions.
