Within this construct, we are now seeking to hire a new member of the Index Client Success team to develop client-centric and quality-focused client service.  Responsibilities: As a member of Index Product Client Success team, you will become a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with different internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, Research allowing you to deliver a high client satisfaction and at the same time to provide impactful solutions, drive account growth, and maintain long-term partnerships. As part of the Index Product Client Success team, the successful candidate will support the following activities: Understand client needs and ensure consistent, high-quality support Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, etc.) on strategic initiatives Ensure alignment across departments to support client success Contributing presentations for internal and external stakeholders Provide day-to-day support across client accounts and projects Proactively resolve operational issues with speed and accuracy Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial industry Knowledge of the index business Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Fluent in English; additional languages a plus A degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics is highly desirable.
