Job Description Summary Highly skilled Data Governance Analyst responsible for implementing, communicating and monitoring governance policies, processes and engagement throughout the data ecosystem. Job Description P4-12316 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Sr. Data Governance Analyst  to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide data governance frameworks. This role will ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across business units, enabling trusted data-driven decision-making.     Key Responsibilities:   Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.   Collaborate with data stewards, owners, and custodians to define and enforce data quality rules.   Monitor and report on data quality metrics and compliance with governance standards.   Support metadata management, data lineage documentation, and data catalog initiatives.   Facilitate data issue resolution and root cause analysis across systems and domains.   Partner with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between data governance and data architecture.   Develop a governance framework for all businesses, regions and functions in an effort to simplify complexity.   Assist in regulatory compliance efforts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) related to data handling.   Conduct training and awareness sessions to promote data standards and exercise best practices.     Required Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in information systems , Data Management, or related field (Master’s a plus ).   5 - 7 + years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management roles.   Experience of master data management (MDM) principles. SAP Experience is mandatory  Strong understanding of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).   Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation).   Familiarity with data privacy regulations , compliance standards and risk mitigation methodology .   Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with all levels of leadership .   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.     Preferred Skills:   Experience in cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).   Proficiency in SQL and data profiling techniques is desired .   Certification in data governance or data management a plus (e.g., CDMP).     Required Skills Data Governance, Data Movement Tools, Data Quality, Data Standards, Data Tools, Master Data, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management Optional Skills Data Lineage, Data Privacy, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Risk Mitigation .
