Job Description Summary Job Description Experience: 7–12 years Independently oversee multiple projects ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are met. Utilize strong understanding of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes. Develop and deploy high quality software solutions. Collaborate with other teams across the enterprise to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team. Facilitate and lead design workshops ensuring alignment with business goals while maximizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) Pega capabilities. Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP and middleware. Serve as a steward for solution scope, preventing scope creep and unnecessary customization. Build Pega Blueprints aligned with end-to-end business processes and case lifecycle design. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Pega development teams, ensuring traceability and quality throughout delivery. Drive process optimization using Pega’s decisioning, automation, and case management features. Mentor junior analysts and architects on Pega methodologies and best practices. Support integration with automation, AI, and data platforms within broader enterprise architecture frameworks. Contribute to solution proposals and demonstrations as part of pre-sales or business development initiatives. Design, plan, and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT) aligned to Pega guardrails and performance standards. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as ALM. Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Support CI/CD pipelines with robust testing integration. Document test results, defects, and quality metrics with strong attention to detail.
