Job Title: Senior Engine Engineer Requisition ID: R026621 Job Description: Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a talented Senior Engine Programmer to join our team and help shape the foundation of our next-generation AAA experiences on our new IP.  In this role, you will drive innovation and optimize our engine systems and workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and rapid iteration . You will collaborate closely with engineers and content creators to deliver cutting-edge tools and solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in gaming. Improving our technology stack for next-gen development and future platforms. Working with stakeholders to translate creative ideas into software. Collaborate with peers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence. You are awesome because you have… Strong proficiency in C/C++ , with a solid understanding of 3D math , common data structures, and algorithmic solutions. Thorough understanding of common data structures and algorithmic solutions. Expertise in multiple areas such as animation, UI/UX, visual effects, tools, AI, online systems, physics, rendering, vehicles, portability, extensibility, or testability.   In-depth understanding of modular architecture, event-driven systems, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.    Ability to work effectively with both internally and externally developed codebases. A knack for writing clean, readable, portable, reliable, and optimized code. A proven track record of contributing to one or more shipped AAA games.
