We are looking for a Workday Associate Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.  Requirements (What We’re Looking For): Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required) Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred) Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred) Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred Travel 25%-45% at client request Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.  Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work Manage projects in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suite Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned Work with the clients’ project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames Maintain projects’ Workday Scorecard in accordance with Workday requirements Work with TopBloc Project Managers on management of all aspects of medium and large enterprise implementations Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team Advise clients on Workday best practices Attend and successfully complete Workday Certification Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Benefits (What We’re Offering): Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary  Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus: Christmas bonus (30 days) 70% vacation bonus 15 days off per year Home office bonus or transportation bonus $1,600 food stamps Private medical insurance for you and your family Dental and Optical insurance Life insurance Training platform Agreements with Universities Financial services (MINU) Total Pass Gym TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-REMOTE
