Position Summary The Interventional Radiological Technologist performs invasive angiographic/cardiovascular/interventional imaging procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury.  In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager. Minimum Qualifications Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH license required. Previous interventional radiology experience is preferred. Individual must obtain ACLS certification in addition to BLS/RQI certification prior to orientation completion. Advanced registry in VI preferred.               Maintains registry & licensing status; meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements.  Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.  Additional Information: Location: Rhodes Hall (0354) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 32 Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.  A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
