We're proud of what we do, and our product reflects it! The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Account Executive to join our team and be based in the NYC metroplex. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in achieving sales quotas, and a passion for nurturing strong client relationships in person. As an Outbound Account Executive, you will be instrumental in propelling Donorbox's sales growth, primarily focusing on closing deals using a value-based sales approach. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, discovering pain points, building a pipeline, conducting discovery sessions via zoom and in person, attending events/conferences, and positioning Donorbox as the right solution for non-profits. Responsibilities Create a lasting and positive impression of Donorbox for our prospects Become an expert at articulating our value proposition and asking key discovery questions Focus on closing prospects through demos of our product in person and via zoom Manage account pipeline, data integrity, and forecasting within Hubspot Strategically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to include monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts Collaborate closely with our consulting partners to uncover new opportunities and nurture ongoing industry relationships Attend conferences, industry events, and visit religious institutions, non-profits etc. in person Deliver compelling Zoom-based and in-person presentations, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and sales best practices within a value-based sales approach Confidently engage with VP, Executive Directors & C-Suite executives, adeptly navigating through multiple decision-makers in complex organizations to drive urgency and secure organizational alignment Work closely with the marketing team to hone in on specific non-profit verticals Develop strong relationships within the market while actively promoting Donorbox's brand and products through adept public relations Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so Prospect, follow up on leads, influence and respond to RFPs Achieve all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Must be based in the NYC Metro area. 2-4 years of work as a SaaS Outbound Account Executive achieving quotas Experience working with a CRM or sales enablement tool (HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, Loom etc.) Pattern recognition and matching capability Have a high degree of self-agency due to working in an outbound and remote role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Presentable in person - ability to small talk about any subject Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities Great at asking the right questions and being assertive Coachable and resilient in the face of objections and rejection Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information A technical background is a plus Details Remote based in NYC with some local travel to events/client meetings Salary: 85-90k base + commission Benefits & Perks Fully remote work from the comfort of your home Generous time off policy of 21 days (birthday included 🎉), 8 designated/floating holidays, 2 paid volunteer days, and 5+ sick days (dependent on state) Employer-sponsored health insurance plan through TriNet, including medical (United Healthcare), dental, vision, and life 401(k) retirement plan via TriNet's partner, Empower, with an employer match of up to 4% Reimbursement package for home office expenses and professional development, up to $1.5k Eligibility for employee equity plan (stock options) Wellness program with fitness and mindfulness classes Love your work and our mission of serving nonprofits!
