Our Production Department is the creative powerhouse behind major sporting events, combining technical excellence with innovative storytelling. We manage everything from pre-production planning to live broadcast execution, ensuring every moment is captured perfectly.   📌 About the Role Production Leadership & Innovation Develop and manage a comprehensive production plan Support the live editorial team on defining workflows and procedures to achieve a world-class coverage Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with Engineering department Oversee event-time Production delivery both at venues and central operations Team & Resource Management Guide and support a team of project coordinators Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors Develop and implement staff training programs Budget & Operations Control Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation Coordinate scheduling for centralised and stadium-based deliverables Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments   🛫 What makes a successful candidate? Proven experience in production or broadcast environment with a focus on live production (OB and or centralised), preferrable in sports events Experience with special cameras and remote workflows Strong project & supplier management skills in media production Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment Understanding of production workflows and processes Experience with industry-standard software and tools Team leadership skills and coordination abilities Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
