Be at the heart of Sports Broadcasting and at the IBC for the FIFA World Cup 2026™  🎥 🏆 Want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You'll be working behind the scenes of some of the world's biggest live sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.   🗓️ Contract Details Work Location:  Pre-Event Phase in Boulogne-Billancourt, France from March 2026 to May 2026 Tournament Phase in Dallas, United States from May 2026 to July 2026 Start Date: March 2026 End Date: July 31st, 2026   🇬🇧 Please, share your resume in an English version   As a Production Coordinator with HBS, you will play a key role in delivering the energy, emotion, and excitement that define the FIFA World Cup™.  This role – supporting the Live-Centralised Production Team - requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.   Production Support & Organisation Support the Production Team with daily operational and administrative tasks Collaborate closely with all relevant HBS divisions/departments and sub-contractors to ensure effective integration and information flow Support planning, logistics, and troubleshooting pre-event in Paris and tournament-time at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas Organise and deliver staff training/briefings to ensure all teams are well-prepared for live operations Prepare, distribute, and maintain call sheets, schedules, and other key operational documents Assist with budget tracking and cost control, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices Personal Qualities Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable communicating with all stakeholders (clients, service providers, internal teams) Positive ‘can do’ attitude and calmness under pressure Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail: rigorous in project planning and follow-up Resourcefulness and autonomy: ability to find creative solutions when facing unexpected challenges Adaptability: able to adapt to fast-paced environments and last-minute changes   Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes and documentation : Running Orders, Cue Sheets, Call Sheets, Project Management Tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness and availability to travel internationally and work extended hours during tournament periods HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
